I have a viper standalone anti-virus program along with a couple small programs. And I would like to remove these programs now. Defiantly viper because are license is up and were going with a different anti-virus program. But when I go to programs and features to uninstall theses programs. It gives me Your system administrator has disabled Programs and Features. But I am logged in as administrator.

Fixed the issue. I had a group policy setup to hide installed programs. And the thing is it was only affecting the server. All client computers were still able to see there programs installed in the programs and features.
