Basically something like corsair H100i or Nactua nh-d15

p.s. guess to the same point is positive over pressure case better than negative?

The dh14 nearly beat the h100i so the dh15 will beat the h100i, so air is better :)

The noctua cooler is very very very silent and good for overclocking. The H100i is just a little better than the noctua d15, but it runs loud. Both ways, you'll easily get to 5 GHz and above that is a waste. I would go with noctua. Better dust handling, low noise and minimal performance difference, so hands up noctua.

I would go with the Noctua, its a very high end air cooler and has been shown in test to hold up or exceed many closed loop systems. Going with a custom loop will give you the best cooling but you are talking a whole different camp of maintenance and such. I love the idea of building a custom loop but I know I would get tired real fast of the never ending maintenance.
