My desktop is connected to my vizio tv through hdmi. Some of my older games won't start using this connection. When I was connected through vga all of my games ran fine. I was trying to play sims 2 but I got a directx error. So far, gta san andreas and sims 3 run fine. Gta vice city and gta 3 just simply won't start, so it seems to be an older game issue. Is there anything I can do or do i have to use vga instead of hdmi? Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.
Ok, before doing that if i just connect using vga then all my games run fine. Only my older games wont start, maybe I should just use the vga, I just wanted to take advantage of using hdmi since my computer's graphics card has it.
