CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP Blue 16GB 1600Mhz cl10 KIT - 1.50V
Graphics card: MSI Radeon R9 290 4GB Twin Frozr Gaming

SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB
Optical drive: LiteON iHAS124

I'd change the cooler (to D14), RAM (1600/9 or lower) and CPU (if you're gaming, 4690k would do).
Your budget and priority usage?

I picked this RAM because of aesthetic look to overall build because motherboard is blue and RAM sticks are blue... So will this RAM still do the job?

Yes it'll do the job but you'll be missing on performance. Get atleast 1600/9 or more preferably 1866/9 for a good gaming build. And you sure you need 250GB SSD?

You're not going to need more than 8GB of RAM for gaming for quite a while.
