Can I run games at max settings?

I'm going to get a GTX 770 graphics card but my processor is only an i5-4690K quad core. I've heard that the 770 can get to 60FPS but usually people have i7 CPUs.

Sorry if I sound dumb because I don't have a whole lot of knowledge about PC parts yet.

ONLY an i5 4690K?
That's the best possible i5 you can have,mate.
And with the GTX 770,you can probably run these latest games at high-ultra and get well above 50 FPS.
