about 5 days ago, the internet at my house started saying limited, and would not allow me to do anything. We reset the router for 18 hours, and it started working again. However, it was slower. I run an unturned server and no one could connect. I noticed my ping to the google servers is around 60, while earlier it was around 34. Is this due to the internet still being somewhat unreliable?

You might want to post this in a more relevant forum, this is the wireless forum.

Disconnecting your router for 18 hours, no doubt caused your ISP to give you a new IP address. It is possible that you were put into a congested IP group (other active users on a single network switch, etc). There is probably nothing in your agreement with your ISP that you get any specific level of service with respect to latency (ping time). You get some agreed amount of bandwidth. I would check your bandwidth with something like speedtest and see if you are getting your paid for service. If not, then you have cause to contact your ISP. Even if you are getting your paid for bandwidth, you can try calling your ISP and having them release your connection so that you get a new IP address. You might get lucky the next time.
