Graphics card in 2nd slot.

Hey there everyone! I just recently bought a new sound card and also a new capture card. My problem is that I only have access to one PCI port on my motherboard (Asus ASUS M5A97 R2.0) Would ther be anything wrong if i slipped my graphics card into the 2nd slot? Would I have to go and change anything else in Bios?

Yeah, you can put the gpu in the 2nd pcie slot. Even though it will only be x8 speed instead of x16, the difference is probably like 2 fps.
