Post your complete build with CPU, GPU, MoBo and total RAM.
PS: Running and playing are 2 different terms, your PC (by the looks of CPU and RAM) may be able to 'run' it but you won't be able to 'play' it on decent or even lowest settings if you don't have a GPU.

Press start, type DXDIAG, save all information after it has completed, then open the notepad document and paste here.

The single most important component for gaming is unsurprisingly the Graphics card. Or GPU. We can see which graphics Adapter you have if you do what I have said above, and then we can give you a proper answer. Not just a guess of "yea you should be ok."
