Looking to help a friend pick out a cheap gaming PC to run games like Counterstrike:Source, L4D2, CS:GO

If anyone can use http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/ to make one that'd be great!

Hmm... I had that extra taxes+shipping problem too when I was building my PC. Was originally going for a GTX 780 but the taxes screwed me over.

What about this?

Same thing, just with an APU. The integrated graphics should be able to handle those games at least on medium settings while retaining at least 30 FPS.
