I am trying to chose a CPU for my build i was gonna go with the 6300 until i saw the 8320 but does the amount of performance in the 8320 justify spending more money to get it or should i just stay with the 6300?

If you've rendering needs than the FX 8's price tag is justified, in gaming, no IMO. What you get in FX 8 can be easily achieved by FX 6 by some OCing (which it does great). Almost no games require more than 4 cores today. And you've 6 in 6300, what'll the 8 cores do in gaming?

FX 6 will go awesomely with those MoBo and cooler. I'd say get a Gigabyte WINDFORCE R9 280, 100Mhz more clock speed is worth it for $10 extra.

I'd get the FX8320 for sure, better for rendering, gaming and it just can run much more programs at once without slowing down. If you have even more money to spend, then get a CM Hyper 212 EVO and overclock the FX8320 to 4.4GHz, you won't be dissapointed.

I'd save money with the fx6300 and invest it in a little better GPU or motherboard/cooler to overclock the 6300. Don't cheap out on AMD motherboard, you want a good 970 chipset motherboard, most cheap motherboards are crap with no VRM cooling, and bad 4+1 powerphases

Don't feel bad with "only" getting the 6 core, most games still use 2 cores, quads in many cases aren't even required yet.

Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB Dual-X Video Card

There is the gpu motherboard and cooler I'll be using heard all three are fairly good
