What is the difference between these 2 cards?

The main difference is the logo on front of the card.

One is the FTW edition, which (just off the top of my head) means it's pre-overclocked.

They have the same clocks. I would bet the FTW version is a custom PCB and the first a reference design with the ACX cooler.

Both card come with the same clock : 1085 MHz and with the same cooler : EVGA ACX Cooler. They are identical

Get the cheaper one.
