I've just upgrade from a gtx 690 to a gtx 780 ti, the 780 ti has 2 x 8pin slots and I'm 90% sure I've done that correctly. Online I checked and unless the power supply for the 780 ti is higher than stated online my power supply is fine. Once i turn the computer on it instantly shows the BIOS screen, it says press f2 or f12 for different options but even if I press f2 or f12 nothing happens, after about 15seconds the screen goes black. Any idea's are welcome I've been searching the internet for hours and I'm not a computer expert, so simple terms please.

Also as a side note, just in case, is there a specific order the pins need to go in because I have 2 x 8 pins and 2 x 6 pins labeled 14, 15, 16, 17.

When I said I'm not an expert, I literally meant I know nothing, I can't turn it on right now, and I know nothing about the specs, it was a gift, is there a way of finding out without turning it on, sorry if this is furstarting because I don't know anything, I am trying to learn.
All I know about it is it has 2tb memory and 8gb hard drive and its a 64bit system. Again sorry. I know what a cpu and motherboard is but I dont know how to check, I updated the drivers for the 690 a few days ago but I don't know about the BIOS, I assume it is up to date because I always update when I can.
