Is this a good gaming pc build?

This is my first ever gaming pc build and I am on a tight budget of £450-£470 and want to build a good gaming pc, in also going to be making a gaming youtube channel so will also be doing video editing on adobe premier.
Everything in my build:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43 ATX AM3+
GPU:XFX Radeon R9 280X 3GB Double Dissipation Video Card
PSU:EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply
Hard drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
RAM: 16 GB 1600 (got from a friend for cheap)
Case: CiT 2016 Black Midi PC case
Optical drive: got one from older PC (SATA)

Please can you tell me if this is good and what new games it can play and at what setting. I already have a 24 inch full HD 60 ghz tv and mouse and keyboard.
Can you tell me if I could get anything better for the same price.

What is your budget? If your budget is like $700-$800 then I think this build will help you. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Harley_Fochizzle/saved/cbw...
