I don't know which CPU to get. I am going to be video editing and gaming but I don't want to use intel. I am going to overclock my CPU. Can you guys help me decide?
They're the same other than the 8350 has 2 more cores, that can be used by some productivity applications. Video editing software tends to take advantage of them.
If you're going to overclock, an 8320 would be cheaper and have all of the performance of the 8350.

At stock settings the FX 8350 is better for both gaming and video editing. There are very few games that use more than 2 to 4 cores so all three lines 43XX, 63XX, and 83XX should perform pretty much identical when running at the same speeds except in games that can use 6 or more cores. The FX 8350 would be best for video editing because it has more cores.
