BIOS UPDATE STUCK PLEASE help?

Hey guys

I have a toshiba U400-112 i know its old but im still using it.
I saw a bios update from toshiba website i downloaded the bios and extracted it to my desktop
ran it and clicked flash bios now its stuck for 2 hours!?

Should i reboot? I am kinda scared about this so please tell me.

Oh and its a phoenix bios winPhlash64 Its completely frozen cant move mouse also.

You should never flash a BIOS unless your having issues or it's needed for an upgrade , because there's always a chance you could brick the board.

Actually nothing happen it rebooted fine! thanks for the info guys! and im never gonna update again!

I'm blind in one eye born like that , and diabetes has decreased the vision in my other eye , so I post in bold to read it better.

At least i have some vision left in the other eye , hopefully it doesn't degrade to fast. :D

So that's why you write in bold. That sucks man. From experience having a partially broken eye is no good either where your other eye has to pick up the slack. How's your vision anyway?
