Hello,

I'm having issues with my USB driver. Nothing plugged into my standard USB ports works, but my 3.0 ports are fine. I'm running an Asus M5A99X Evo R2.0 mobo. Here's the link for the support site

Here's a screen shot of the device manager:

Here's a screen shot of the host controller... properties:

I went to support site (link) to get the driver. I tried to repair the driver and it failed. I removed and reinstalled them and it too failed.

Solution
I managed to fix it by reinstalling Windows by using an OEM disk. I kept all my files and windows settings. Thanks for the post Chicano. I would've tried those tips if I'd seen em in time.
1. Did you try all 4 versions of the Asmedia USB3.0 Controller Driver?...
2. Have you tried installing the driver from the disk included with the motherboard?
3. If your answer is yes to both, try updating the USB driver with software help... SlimDrivers can search, download and install the appropriate drivers, I use it when having trouble finding drivers and it has done a good job eveytime. When you're done, disable all SlimDrivers' automatic settings, or uninstall it.
4. If the problem persists, check your Windows Update /Automatic Updates settings. If disabled (settings or service) updating drivers may be problematic.
