R9 290X > GTX 780 > R9 290 > GTX 770 > R9 280X
The cards I suggest in descending amount of power they have to offer. A GTX 770 will do just fine for BF4. There might not be a ton of head room but it'll get the job done. AMD cards that support Mantle will net you a little better performance over the NVIDIA cards, but nothing overly substantial.
