I have a Dell Dimension C521(I know, I know.). I have upgraded RAM to 6GB, integrated 6150LE to HD 6450, and the processor to an AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+. However, the processor came with a new fan, yes. But since Dell is stupid, it doesn't have the normal AM2 bracket, and I don't want to buy one because I don't want to take out the motherboard. My processor oddly runs at ~60°C idle but ~70°C while playing games like Assassin's Creed and Minecraft. What can I do to cool it down some without taking out my mobo?

Run at lower clock speed and/or apply new thermal paste to the cpu..

I have already applied new thermal paste twice. Also it is only at 3.0GHz so i don't want to downclock.
