I mean to say using two ports of same graphics card together one for display other for audio, Is It safe? Whether It will encounter any problem or run smoothly like a charm ? Sorry for my stupid question, actually I am totally to new to that.
And one more question Can you please tell me whether MSI R7770 (PMDIGD5) supports true 5.1 Surround Sound Output via HDMI or not..

Yes this setup will work just fine. I've used a similar one myself.
I use the following:
Dell u3011 monitor attached via Dual-Link DVI-D (no audio)
5.1 (native) Headset attached to Creative Labs sound card
50 inch PDP TV attached to an Onkyo receiver along with 7.1 surround. Receiver attached to PC over HDMI...

With a little bit of window dragging and menu navigation it's possible to display video on whichever display I wish, and configure the audio to originate from either the 5.1 headset or 7.1 surround

All AMD graphics cards that have HDMI outputs support audio over HDMI up to 8 channels
Quick edit: you must install the AMD HDMI drivers. These are installed along with the AMD Display Drivers as part of the Catalyst driver suite.
