Please buy a better PSU.
Ultra LSP series are REALLY REALLY LOW quality PSUs and should no be used for mid to high-end gaming setups.
XFX TS 550W is a great option for a PSU.High quality and very reliable.Won't explode when you install the 660. :)
As for which 660 is better,Signature 2 is better than these other two, since they have reference coolers, which pretty much suck.
All the best. ;)

Well.
I would recommend saving some more money to buy a new PSU before buying anything.
If you buy a GTX 660 and install it,it will probably damage the motherboard, the 660 and other stuff. That way you will have to buy a new mobo, new CPU,new PSU AND a new GPU,which is like triple the price of the 660. :)
Once again, don't buy the GTX 660 or if you've bought it,don't install it and save some money for a new, better quality PSU like that XFX TS 550. ;)
All the best.
