Neither, why have an APU with a discrete video card.

Is this something you are considering building or are you looking at pre-built systems?

None of them; use the x4-760K, as you want to use a separate graphics card anyway.

If you have not bought anything yet, then just stay away from the FM2 platform altogether. An FX-6300 will be better for gaming then any FM2 processor (A8,A10, Athlon X4,etc) out there, and you can always upgrade to an fx-8320 or 8350. No reason to start off with a limited platform.

The only good thing about the a series cpus is the igpu, if you already have a fm2+ mobo then get the 760k and a discrete video card, if not, go am3+ or intel 1150.

There's a reason to consider the FM2 platform over the AM3 - Mini ITX. The AM3 platform does not have a mini-itx board so the smallest you can go is micro-atx. I would agree for the price that if one is building a platform micro-atx or bigger for gaming to avoid the FM2 platform.
