i5 4590 Vs i7 4790s

i7 4790s is $190
i5 4590 is $200

i compared it on CPUboss im surprised about the result
http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i7-4790S-vs-Intel-Core-i5-4590

i thought intel procs that has suffix (other than k) are worst.
but there is no reason to consider the i5
based on CPUboss

can i get the i7?
or i have to stick with i5?

my setup:

GTX 750 Ti 2Gb
Gigabyte Ga-H97M-Gaming3
G.Skills Ripjaws X 8Gb (4Gbx2)
Crucial MX 100 128Gb SSD
WD Caviar 1Tb
Seasonic s12II 520w 80+ Bronze
NZXT Phantom 401

note: i really dont know about S, T, P and R
all i know S and T consume lower power
P has no IGP
M is mobile
K is unlock

Solution
Going with the i7 would probably be a better choice then. Especially with the price it's at. I'd actually suggest the fx 8350 over the i5 also for rendering, but i7 being the better choice over the fx 8350.

T is very low power (34W on the low end I think, I have an i3-4130T)
S is low power (in this case 65W instead of 84W)

For both T and S the maximum clock of the CPU is much less.

P no IGP
M (sort of) usually MQ or MX
U (low power mobile "ultrabook")

You would be better off with the i5 for individual core performance.

I'm seeing prices on newegg of ~300$ for the i7 and 200$ for the i5. The i7 is also certainly more capable then the i5. If you are getting that good a deal on the i7, go for it!

By the way, the difference between 4790K and 4790 non-K is overclocking. The K series has an unlocked core speed multiplier allowing potential higher overclocks, while the non K series can't really be overclocked much.
