Quick and short question about Phobya 3-Pin Splitter

Hi,

I want to use this 3-Pin Splitter :
Phobya Y Cable Splitter - 3-Pin to 4x 3-Pin

When I'm gonna connect that splitter to one 3-pin connector on my motherboard and then connect 4 fans to that splitter will all of them run at their 100% speed ?
