Facing blue screen erorr about every month bt now prblm is different.there was option in bios setting lik Windows Start Up option, now this option is like removed from window troubleshoot ..etc

There shouldn't be any options when you start windows. There also shouldn't be any windows startup options in the BIOS other than maybe standard, fast and ultra fast depending on your BIOS. If you're talking about a menu that you see AFTER a bluescreen crash, that's the repair menu which you can access by pushing F8 as soon as you power on the computer, until you see the repair menu.
