I keep finding these "Teredo" servers hosted on my Router, they use random ports so I havnt been able to figure out what the are. it has been a few weeks since I last checked and I literally have more than 50 of these things hosted on my router. what exactly is it? and what is creating them?

It is related to carrying IPv6 over IPv4 networks. I would suspect it is a result of your machines sending IPv6 packets but its hard to say. You can disable IPv6 on your machines and see if they go away. IPv6 has extremely few end sites that support it so it is not real useful. Some tiny handful of ISP offer IPv6 but again not many end consumer know or care.

Teerdo can be good or bad. For instance torrents often spread these as a backdoor type infection or part of the sharing (peer) network.

You can disable Teredo fromo an elevated command prompt with:
netsh interface teredo set state enable
