Is this a good buy? HP PC

I'm thinking about buying a new PC for Guild wars 2 and WoW. I'm currently looking at the HP Envy Phoenix that has a i7 4770k, GTX 770 2gb Nvidia card, and it also comes with liquid cooling on the cpu. All this i can get for around 1200$, is it worth it? Would it run my games on the best possible settings too?

It should max your games and most games.

Obviously everyone will recommend building your own, but if you do not want to and are ok with spending more money for a prebuilt system. an i7 and gtx770 will perform well in all games.

Ehh it is probably a bottom end re-branded Corsair h60 or something. It is better than stock, but not better than a $25 air cooler most likely. It really doesn't add value to the computer if that is what you are asking.

It won't leak. And even if it did (VERY unlikely) the warranty would cover it.
