HI. I have a Dell Inspiron, One 2320, 64-bit. It came with 2 slots and one has a 4g stick. I got another 4g of RAM to upgrade to 8 and it recognizes the extra RAM, the specs now say 8g, but the useable amount stayed the same as before, 2.92 g. Please advise if you can, Thanks.
