PC sits at BIOS/Splashscreen for too long!?

So whenever I restart my PC it goes to the splash screen and sits there of about 20 seconds and lately 30 seconds. And when it hits the winodows animation its really fast. I have an SSD.. So why does it sit on this screen for so long?

Check your Bios for devices/boot order. It sounds like it is looking for a device that it can't read and that is what is causing the delay.

What is the boot order?? I have gigabyte mobo. I looked at bios and its defaulted to boot to ssd. I also have a 2 tb drive and a 700gb drive.

Sorry for the delay. Try unplugging your 2 tb and 700 gb drives. Or any optical drives for that matter. See if it boots faster with just the SSD.
