getting a check signal cable with green blue and red box

I tried several video cards and same issue,
new vga cable and nothing
I just bought a new motherboard but having a hard time installnig it because no power is going through even though I have both 2x4 and 2x24 connected

My old motherboard had all lights and fans and everything working and cmoputer booted.
 
Solution
If the motherbd can't power on then you wont get a signal to the monitor.

Double check your front panel connections. The only two that really need to be connected are the power switch (pwr sw) and the internal speaker if you have one.

Check your cpu socket pins and look for any bent pins. Worry not, you dont have to switch for a new mobo. If your eyes are sharp enuf, use mini screwdrivers and fix it. Other than that, check your system power requirement, test your pc with another monitor and cable.
