ok so I'm looking at buying a second computer and i was thinking about the mdi night blade. now i know the psu is only 600w and is not to easy to upgrade fi even possible. now I've done research and i knwo the recommended minimum for a 780ti is 600w but what are the risks and negative effects of using a 600w psi?

you will be fine...
Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:
•GeForce GTX 780 Ti - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
•GeForce GTX 780 Ti 2-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 800 Watt power supply unit as minimum.
•GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 1200 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

im not sure what the psi brand is because it comes in a bare bone msi night blade so I'm sure its not the most high end psi but I'm sure its ok at least in my opinion

It appears to be a decent PSU. No specs, but the reviews don't mention anything wrong with it. If it has 2 x 6+2 PCIe connectors, you can probably get by iwth using it. Is that little case going to provide enough air flow for the card? I see they recommend an additional fan for the case with that class of card.

yeah it should have enough airflow because the bottom is a air vent so the gnu will bring in air from the outside and there is a 180mm (I'm pretty sure thats how big id have to look to be sure) fan mount on the side for optional airflow so yeah there should be a good amount

i cant recall seeing an 80+ "gold" power supply ever getting a BAD review. im sure it is at least decent. very nice case by the way.

what is the rest of your setup? please dont say a waterblocked 3960k@5.0ghz... then i might think you would be pushing it. otherwise i think you will be fine. i have my 2500k@4.5ghz and my classy 780@1.3ghz on a mid range 600w ocz modxstream pro(also had a gtx570, hd7950 before) and ive been running fine now for 3 years.

my setup would be a gtx 780ti (obviously) a core i7 4790K or a 4770K i haave yet to decide, 8gb vengeance ram and a WD 1tb HDD. a Z97 motherboard (not sure witch exact but if its anything like the z87 board its custom by msi with msi's own design

you will be fine. and with your case i would just get msi mobo and 780ti, make it all look real nice. and besides a simple overclock on the 4790k(whatever you can get out of it with the whatever heatsink you choose) the twin frozr 780ti probably shouldn't be overclocked much anyways since you dont need temps rising in that little case, and its unlikely you will need the extra performance anyways since the card is so fast.
