Would the macbook pro 15 inch perform that much better in Guild Wars 2 than a 13 inch would? What kinda of fps would i get on both models?

The 15inch is a better laptop although it's base clock is lower but when needed it will boost to a higher frequency than the 13inch.

One more thing to add that the 15inch is designed for editing with 16GB of RAM and an i7.
