What would be the cheapest build that would allow me to play league of legends med-high settings 60+ fps. I would pefer AMD, thank you for your time!

Solution
It's still remarkable how far technology has come. I can only wonder where it will be in another ten-twenty years from now.

Sorry that was kind of off topic :p. Anyways already pmed OP a few days back and I think he went with the A10 build.
Why would you prefer AMD?

2 cores and 4 gigs s***s all over Skyrim at 1080P ultra.
What makes you think league is more demanding?

I'm not 100% sure how razers' build will perform in league, but it very well might run it. Not sure about med-high settings though, i'd be interested to see some results if he has them.

I personally own the A6 5400k... I also play League. It's been running with a discrete graphics card, but I could go back and test it with the igpu. From what I remember the experience was smooth. If interested I can get back to you with numbers later on.

Is there an upgrade for the CPU that won't make the price to hefty?

Depends. How much is your budget for the build? A cheap CPU upgrade would be to an AMD A8.

Intel is usually little steep compared to AMD, Is there a build around 300-400 for intel I can use?

With no graphics card they're prices aren't that different and the intel is better than than A6:
http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Pentium-G3220-vs-AMD-A6-6400K
http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/235/AMD_A6-Series_A6-6400K_vs_Intel_Pentium_Dual-Core_G3220.html

the Pentium may seem slower with lower GHZ but it still performs better due to Intel having better single core performance than AMD.

Also, the big advantage with this board is you COULD put an i7-4770 in it down the line if you wanted. (and anything lower in the 4xxx series)

The better igpu would however.

It's a stronger CPU, but the Intel HD graphics are just terrible for gaming.

Well can you PCPartpick the one with A8 please.

Guess what, my 9 year old system with Pentium 4 3.6ghz & 6800gs gpu & 3.2GB RAM with 12mb broadband plays LOL better than some friends dual core systems with HD gpu's
When playing with 4 other cousin's/friend's over skype, I'm always the first to load into champion select (always first to type lane too) and complete loading champions in pre-game load screen, out of the other 4 on my team with a mix of i3/i5 cpu's and hd gpu's
Definitely the faster internet speed/lower latency, also, i reformat its' 5400rpm sata hard drive twice a year, so giving the OP a 128GB SSD would help alot too

It's not at all demanding, any dual core or an i3 with motherboards integrated HD graphics would suffice very well

but a 7200 rpm hard drive will load the game just fine and still not cripple his storage space.

I think any graphics card is just about stronger than an APU, simply because it's a separate entity from the CPU, so the CPU is free to do it's own processing.

But this guy wants to buy a barebones system.

yes 7200rpm is fine,
In the case of most gamers' choice of games, we'd offer a dedicated gpu because the games are super hungry
But here.. league of legends only, an APU would do great but if a dedicated can be included without much sacrifice, great too, incase future graphics intense game were considered, but just for LOL... would rather get an i5 (we all want future proofing and this is a small step there) and leave the dedicated for later when need be

Also, i suggest you (OP) wait till September-Nov, X99(new 8core intel CPU) are coming out August29th, maybe prices may drop and allow you to do more with your budget

All AMD as requested
Dedicated GPU too which is great enough for 50+fps on lol medium settings,
Spend more get more fps, even though LoL only needs 30fps in team fights to be playable

Would be most helpful to state a Set Budget, so all other builds posted can be equally compared to each other, rather than seeing one costing $500 and another $300 and comparing them... Different budget range would give a very different result in performance capabilities
