I have an older GeForce video card with dual DVI outputs. If I put this in my PC which has an AMD A10-7850k, can I use it for the dual DVI outputs only - and still use the APU's graphics?

Solution
If you want to use the card for a 2nd monitor, you should be able to. Keep the main monitor connected to the APU's on board output and connect the 2nd monitor to the card. Then set it up in Windows for a 2 monitor system. Some motherboards allow both to operate at the same time, some don't. You'll just have to try it.
