Need help building $450 home theater pc

Hi. My dad wants me to build him a computer. His budget is $450. He doesnt need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or OS. Just the hardware. He does NOT want to play games. Just to do simple stuff. Like, surfing the web, skype, movies. He wants to hook up his computer to a television though. Do you need a graphics card for that? i dont know much about computers so im not sure if i should get one, or would that just be a waste of money? He wants a powerful machine that will last him as long as possible. So, can you guys help me out? I will be forever grateful Thank you :)

a intel pentium G3258 base PC should do great... an H81 mother board, a CX430 PSU if needed (i dont know if actually you have one) as a case maybe some cooler master N200, a 1TB seagate or similar HDD, and 4GB of good kington 1600 dual channel should be more than enough

so its a very fast, very eficent and the internal graphics should be enough even for 4K video belive it or not
