Hi,

I am planning to make a gaming and everyday use build using i5 4690K and GTX 750Ti. I have already ordered the i5 (Rs 15,799) and it's on the way. I already have a TV monitor (1680x1050) which I plan to use with HDMI cable which I already bought for Rs 450. I don't plan to overclock the CPU immedietly and want the build to be within the Rs 60,000 (less than Rs 55,000 if possible) budget. I need clarification in the following areas.

1) Can I buy GTX 750Ti from any manufacturer (Zotac, etc.) are they all the same? I also needs suggestions on a good GTX 750Ti 2GB GDDR5 graphics card with HDMI output.
2) Will the the CPU cooler that comes with the i5 4690K be sufficient for gaming (i.e. will CPU overheat) if I do not overclock? If it's not sufficient can someone suggest a cheap but good alternative.
3) I have read online that Asus and MSI motherboards (I plan to use micro-ATX) with H97 (which i assume is cheaper than Z97 based ones) can overclock using BIOS update. Is this true and will there be any performance difference compared to oveclocking with a Z97 based motherboard? I need suggestions on a good micro-ATX motherboard (prefarably less than Rs 9,000).
4) How much watts should the PSU be considering the fact that I might overclock in the future? Can someone give me some suggestions.
5) I need some suggestions regarding a good gaming cabinet (please note that I plan to overclock in the future). I prefer to have a transparent side window, good air flow, dust filters, USB 3.0 ports, low noise and good looks (preferably under Rs 6,000, is it even possible?)

Below is my plan
CPU - 15,799 (already purchased)
MB H97 - 9,000 (expected, is cheaper better available?)
RAM 4GB - 2,500 (expected, will it be suffiecient? is cheaper better available?)
Graphics GTX 750Ti 2GB GDDR5 - 13,000 (expected, is cheaper better available?)
PSU 600W - 4,500 (expected, is cheaper better available? is it overkill?)
Cabinet - 6,000 (expected, is cheaper better available? )
DVD Writer - 1,500 (expected, is cheaper better available?)
HDD 500GB - 3,150 (expected, is cheaper better available?)
HDMI cable - 450 (already purchased)
Keyboard, Mouse, and Display - Already have.
Total: 55899 (can it be made cheaper?)

Thank you.

The stock CPU cooler will be fine for non-overclocked usage, though if you're planning on overclocking, I would suggest getting a cooler now because removing thermal paste and replacing the cooler is NOT an easy thing to do in-case, and removing everything to switch out the cooler at a later date is a good way to accidentally break/zap something. Also, if you plan on overclocking, you will want a Z97 motherboard, not an H97.

Not sure on whether or not this has dust filters, but this looks like a promising case and is 2775 before shipping or anything, which is a lot better than your expectation: http://www.theitdepot.com/details-Antec+X1-T+Gaming+Cab...

On GPUs, there aren't a ton of differences between manufacturers unless they use custom coolers, and it looks like they're around Rs 12000, so that's another 1000 shaved off, and I would honestly look into putting that into getting 2x4GB RAM for a total of 8GB.

For overclocking, I'd probably want a bit more head room than what 600W will give you, so I would look at 700-750W PSUs, but that's my personal thought, more than anything else, and I'm not the most experienced OCer, which is also why I won't recommend a cooler.

1. H97 boards can not overclock, so if you have purchased a K processor, and you want to overclock it, you need to get a Z97 board. Stock cooler is good enough if you do not overclock.

2. Gtx 750ti is way too underpowered compared to your CPU. Get a Zotac 660. Street price, 12.5 K (in my city).

3.Case is personal choice, I personally like Corsair spec 02/03. Solid case for 3700. CM Haf 912 is another good choice (around 5K).

4. 1TB WD is 3300, so you may want to get that.

5. RAM should be 8 GB, but if you not plan to do high end gaming, it is OK.

6. PSU I will say Antec VP550 or Seasonic Eco 500 or seasonic S12II520. Don't get Corsair VS/CX.
