which graphics card would be better out of:
-Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Dual-X Video Card
-Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X 3GB WINDFORCE Video Card

and wich would be the best memory out of:
-G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
-Kingston Fury Red Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory

if i do the i5-4690k setup but just change my graphics card, memory and power. should i get a water cooler or not?

This is the case im thinking of getting which i think already comes with 3 case fans
