What do you look to: Graphics or Gameplay?

Solution
I feel you JeckeL, I'm pretty spoiled too. I bought a 144 Hz monitor and now I don't even want to play at 60 fps anymore lol. If my frames hit 60 then I consider it lag :)

I think the importance of graphics in a game depends on the game. Graphics are meant for immersion but gameplay is usually the soul of the game. You can play games that have good gameplay but bad graphics and still have fun but a game with good graphics and bad gameplay won't be so fun.

I can't stand playing at anything below like 70-80 FPS and I usually play most games on low settings just so it looks absolutely flawless. You sort of get spoiled after a while though... I can hardly play any console games especially ones that seem to be locked at like 30 FPS it just looks insanely sluggish and slow. Like when farcry 3 came out I played through it on PC with medium or low settings and then tried to play it at a friends house on his xbox 360 and it was almost unplayable

Yeah but there's no pride in seeing good graphics in a movie because you didn't have to do anything to see them. Having good graphics in today's modern AAA games is a privilege and just makes the gameplay much more fun. I believe graphics exist to create immersion which aid gameplay and story in turn. A movie with amazing CGI is a nice bonus but if the story is terrible then the CGI effects won't have much of a purpose.
