Looks good, how about a CPU cooler? Hyper 212 EVO (about $30) is very good

Check this build. For gaming only, you don't need i7. Stick with i5. Also Gaming series 5 is a better choice from Gigabyte. I've given you R9 290 here. 500GB vs 1TB there is hardly a price difference. Better get more value storage capacity.

Excellent build EasyLover, that looks very nice! I also vote for the I5 over the I7 here, especially if it warrants a faster GPU. I'd steer clear of the XFX GPU's though. I found evidence of many people complaining about the lack of VRM and memory cooling on them causing overheating and throttling in high load situations unless there was a fan directed right at the GPU mouned on the side of the case. That was the reason I bought a Sapphire card, I was previously considering an XFX 280X until every forum I found had people complaining about high VRM temps. I think the MSI versions suffered from heat related issues too, but that may have changed by now. I've heard the Gigabyte Windforce is an awesome cooling solution for the 290's and is cheap as well.
