Looking to upgrade weakest link for PC

I bought a decent computer for gaming off of the internet about a year ago and so far I've upgraded both the GPU and PSU and replaced the hard drive a couple times, but other than that it's still just as they shipped it. I've got a limited budget ($300-$500) but I'm looking to help bump up my performance by doing a little upgrading.

My Current Specs:

GPU: 2047MB GTX 770
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz
HDD: 931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1CH162
MoBo: Gigabyte B75M-D3H

Any recommendations on which of these is most needing of an upgrade?

The best upgrade you can do to your rig is with a SSD, it's like night and day when compare to a HDD. You will notice the difference immediately.

Although I honestly don't know much about them I'm an enthusiast when it comes to graphics, i'm just looking to juice out the maximum my rig has to offer

depending on which psu you have now.For sli would you really need 750watts.
With this motherboard can you overclock that cpu and use sli.You would need to reinstall windows for this,maybe that you could get away with activating windows again,but don't count on it.
