I am building a basic PC for my little brother, because his current computer simply won't run most of his games. I was just wondering if a 350W PSU would be enough because I'm trying to keep it as cheap as possible. I will be using a Pentium G2020 and a Radeon HD 7770.

An HD 7770 needs a recommended 430 watts. That being said a high quality 350w unit would be fine. But you would pay twice as much for a 350w unit of high enough quality than you would buying a unit in the recommended wattage range.

Here is our power supply tier list. Tier 3 and up in the recommended ~400w range will be fine. If you want a 350w unit I would only try it with tier 1 models.
