I just got my CPU which is an Intel i5 30th and I installed it, but the problem is that my stock cooler won't go in. My motherboard is a Joshua-H61-uATX that came with the computer. I push on the pins, but it never goes in. Am I doing something wrong?

on the intel coolers, if you push the pins in before the "prongs" are already in the motherboard sockets, the pins will not extend past the board then expand. try to pull the black twisty-things then retry once you see the prongs going into the board holes

The problem is that my cooler can't fit into the backplate since it was meant for a screw. I have another cooler for my i3 3240, but I'm not sure whether it is good enough.

Will I be able to reuse the cooler?
