I'm looking for 60+ fps at 1080p, so I'm trying to not go overkill on this and waste money. Will this get it done? In addition, with slight worry toward temperature, will this be the best GTX 770 for cooling?
Of course, reccommendations for better parts are always welcome!
This build has a lot of flex room for money, up to $1600+, no big worries for that. Just looking not to waste money!
Thank you!

Keep in mind that the ACX (and any dual / triple fan) cards do not vent the heat outside the case except to a very small degree. They do cool the card much better, but almost all of the heat is redirected around inside the case. As such, the case itself needs to have better airflow to make up for it.

Looks great to me! Since you live near a Microcenter (being that you have a Microcenter as one of your prices) why don't you upgrade that cpu?! Get a 4790K for $280 there! Or get the one you have now and save some more money! If you do keep the i5 cpu, you could downgrade that mobo to a Z87 chipset to save a couple bucks but I wouldn't if you plan on upgrading in the future. You may want to also consider getting the H100i cooler but note that it is very noisy! Other fans do the same job as it for quieter and cheaper, like the Noctua DH14.
