hello,
my is new pc
my config is fx6300 black edition, asus xonar dx sound card, asus r9 280 dct2, corsair vs 650 psu, asus m5a97 r2.0 motherboard, Nzxt h230 white case, 4gb corsair vengeance 1600Mhz, cooler master hyper 212x

and after i installed win8.1 enterprise on saturdaynewly , it was running fine even with malwarebytes, superantispyware, and avast. but on monday i downloaded some video from torrentz (i know i shouldnt do so downloading piracy) some virus acutally took control over my pc my IE 11 was maximizing minimizing and my pc was restarting even when i clicked shutdown. so yesterday i reinstalled freshly win8.1 enterprise again and i installed all other softwares too but i felt my pc was bit slow and not responding .when i run malwarebytes scan and i open some other program, softwares dont respond and hangs for a moment . it didnt happen like that when i bought pc newly . what could be the reason?

You actually forgot to mention the most important part here, your harddrive(s). :)

Have you made sure the CPU is running at optimal speed? (the stock Ghz clock)

how about the ram? have you checked how much you're actually using when youre using the pc? (click Ctrl+Alt+delete to open a menu, click "Start Task Manager", click on the "Performance" tab and look at the numbers under "Memory")

have you tried opening the pc in safe-mode with no internet connection and scanning for virus there? safe-mode and no-internet means it won't let the virus run and therefore the virus scan can pick it up if your pc is still infected.

one solution would probably be to just replace the HDD completely, not copying ANYTHING over but just taking the old drive out and putting the new one in and install a fresh OS. But only do so if you're sure it's the HDD or virus' fault that your pc is slow.

and a last tip: Get something like Netflix instead of getting virus (torrents) :D

Hello, slowdowns are mainly caused by Hard disk wear and tear to certain level IF you never touched any of the internal components. Backup your data and if you can, you could put the whole OS and files onto another new Hard Disk. And replace your current hard disk.
