Any 120mm all in one cooler is a poor buy. The Hyper 212x will not keep the CPU as cool, but for the price, it is the better option. Plus, any overclock that the Hyper 212 can't handle, the water 3.0 wont handle that well either. What you should do, is get a high end Phanteks or noctua cooler. The high end air cooler are the same price as that 120mm aio.
