They are compatible yes. I don't understand why you have gone for a dual core APU when you have added a decent graphics card. You would get better overall performance at the same price by getting a Pentium dual core like the G3220 and a H81 motherboard.

The power supply should be avoided. A good 600W unit would be better. You're obviously on a tight budget so go for the EVGA 600B http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b1060...

If you let us know your budget and region we might be able to design a better build for the same price.
