Issues with my PC shuting off when playing my games

Well, it all started in the beggining of the year, when I had a GTX 670 FTW, when I was playing heavy games, the PC turned off. So, I cleaned my entire PC, and, I played dark souls 2 for months without that happening again, then suddenly, it happened again and everytime I try playing any game, Skyrim, Dark Souls 2, Battlefield 4, even Team Fortress 2, it happens!
So, some days ago, I bought the GTX 770 Classified, and upgraded to 16Gb of RAM, but it didn't help me even by a little.
So, any suggestions on what should I do? I'm very pisssed with this situation.

i strongly think its the psu though its a good psu ........................so do some tests prime95 for an hour furmark for 20 min or so memtest ..............and see if the restarts happens in the middle of these .....also see if u can arrange a spare psu for testing ...
