My 16GB RAM is always 100% used

Hey guys i got corsair vengeance pro 16gb CL9 And it's always running 98~100% how can i change this because it slows my god damn PC:@@
so what should i do?please fast response cause idk what just happened. BTW WITH NO PROGRAMS OPEN This happens.!

Well resoufce monitor should show what's actually using the RAM. That would be a starting point.

You're using a 32 bit OS. Use the 64 bit OS.

You mean it loads up and the computer runs slow shortly after booting? There's a good chance that's malware. Run a scan like with Malwarebytes.

If you don't mind reinstalling your programs it might be easier just to reinstall the OS.

i'm using 64 bit OS,AND I GOT bitdefender IS so i dont need malwarebytes:D  i did system scan the results were clean! so what should i do?

Well resoufce monitor should show what's actually using the RAM. That would be a starting point.

Not Resource Manager. Task Manager, Performance - what does it say - Total, Cached, Available, Free?

Have you created a RAM disk?

Have you set a lot aside for integrated graphics?

I dont remeber i enabled SOMETHING CALLED RAMDISK but i got daemon tools lite! So is this the problem?

A ramdisk is where you allocate some of your ram as a high speed drive.

Does it show up in Windows Explorer?

i fixed it without your help guys lol:D  i think i should take a higher badge than you loll you guys when i said non paged pool that mean not user's services! so there is something wrong with drivers:3 so i did this, unistall amd driver, then did a clean install, and the problem was solved:3

The amd software has a ramdisk option so uninstalling that removed the ramdisk
