I need some opinions from people more proficient with PC's to help me decide what GPU to get if I'm going being using programs such as Maya/Photoshop/Corel Painter/Blender. Lots of modelling and rendering. I also don't mind to game a bit but that's not of high priority. So far I have my eyes on these 3 below. I can't afford any of the GTX titans and can't wait for the GTX 780ti 6gb release.

CPU: 4790K
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb

1. GTX 780ti 3GB
2. GTX 780 6GB
3. Quadro K4000 3GB

The Quadro...
Quite simply the 780's are gaming cards, they aren't meant for professional work. The Titan Black is only a thing because people want the gaming of a 780Ti and the workstation performance of a Titan.

If gaming isnt a priority, dont get a gaming card.
