Best cooler for 4790K OC - Render Node

I am looking for the best cooler for 4790K OC 4,5 GHz. It will be working always under 100% load for long time like up to 8h or sometimes even more.

Chassis: Fractal Design Node 304. (max height of cooler: 160/165 mm).

There will be few such a render nodes so i hope i will be also quite as it is possible.

The Noctua D14 is the best air cooler (and an excellent cooler in general) around. 160mm so it'd fit your case too.
Incredibly quiet, cools like ice cream, will do you wonders

Yes i am considering this model or newer D15, quality costs.

And any cheaper solutions, because i will have to buy few of them for each node.

The Noctua U9B SE2 is an extremely quiet one and yet does its job. I'd rate it along the CM EVO in terms of performance, but equal to D14 in terms of quietness. Its a good package for the price. Also, the EVO 212 is a perennial choice if you want performance for price, its a bit loud though.
