Should I get better FPS?

I can get 50fps in BF4 with ultra preset yet only 25fps in Minecraft?!? I may be wrong but I think that something's not right.

GPU: MSI R9 270OC - Catalyst 14.6
CPU: Phenom II x6 1100t
If someone could help me that would be great!

have you tried uninstalling or reinstalling minecraft? Minecraft only uses one or two cores? but even still the phenom cores should be doing MUCH better than that. Have you tried mods to make it run fasteR?
